Established in 1982, Skills for Change (SfC) is a not-for-profit organization that has pioneered programs for internationally trained professionals seeking employment in their field.   Its services connect thousands of newcomers with employers across the Greater Toronto Area. Annually, SFC serves more than 10,000 people in the development and delivery of mentoring and ‘sector-specific’ programs in the fields of accounting, biotechnology, engineering, education and health care.

COSTI Immigrant Services is a community-based multicultural agency providing employment, educational, settlement and social services to all immigrant communities, new Canadians and individuals in need of assistance. Operating from 14 locations in Toronto, York Region and Peel, COSTI provides services in more than 60 languages. Last year, over 42,000 individuals received assistance.
